Shipping Claims & Inspection
All shipments must be inspected within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Any claims for damage, shortage, or discrepancies must be reported within this period by contacting:

For Freight Deliveries:

  • Inspect your order before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL).
  • If any damage is noticed, note “pending inspection – box damaged” next to your signature and take a photo of the signed BOL.
  • Freight damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
