Two years and fifteen days ago, Sarfraz started with Midwest Goods Inc, as a Security Officer and worked his way into a Security Facility Technician. In his opinion, if you treat the company like it is your home, you will grow a desire to give 110% every day. Coming from an employer that required very little of him, to an organization that utilizes him to his full potential, Sarfraz did not find it challenging to adapt. “Nothing is challenging if you put your all into your daily tasks. Every day is an opportunity to do better and to be proud of your work. The company invested in me and now, the company deserves to get rewarded for their investment”, stated Sarfraz. The company has benefited from Sarfraz's hard work and dedication but the employees have benefited from him as well because of his helpful personality. From helping employees with their cars to bringing in watermelons on a hot summer day and making tea daily for everyone to enjoy.
