Submit / Update Business License
If you have not uploaded your business documents during the sign up process, please log in with your new credentials and you will have access to a file uploader. If you are logged in you can Click here to get to the file uploader. You can also submit a business license/business document with front & back of your valid ID via email to: accounts@midwestgoods.com.
