Tracking Your Order
How to track a package:
When your order has shipped you will receive a shipment notification email sent to your Customer ID email address.
In the email, there is a tracking number that is linked to the courier tracking website so you can track your package. Just simply click on the link and you will be given tracking information. For 3rd party couriers, tracking information will not be active until the package reaches the regional courier (See info graphic below). Please allow time for your package to get to the regional courier as shown below.
